Considerate Constructor Scheme
Our Commitment
We are proud to be part of the Considerate Constructor Scheme and place high value on raising the standards of the Construction Industry. We aim to achieve this by being a ‘Considerate Constructor’ and respecting our Environment, our Workforce and building trust with the Public and our local Community.
Performance Scores
Being part of the Scheme involves twice yearly inspections (both on Site and Head Office) from an external Auditor who scores us on areas of best practise against the core values, alongside improvement observations which are then reviewed at the next visit. These are all evidence-based and we are extremely proud to have received the following scores on our latest visits :
- 16/05/2024 Site Visit : 39/45
- 21/08/2024 Head Office Visit : 42/45
Both these scores give us the overall rating of ‘Very Good’ under the schemes criteria.
